At honeysuckle, feeling better today energy and foot wise. I was happy enough with this race until i saw the splits and now im a bit confused. Controls which i thought i did well, like 3 and 9, I am really far behind and ones i though i did badly are not so bad....

shoes: Adidas
Sprint race at Felled Timbers. Tricker than I thought it would be, made a mistake at 1 but my foot/toe was my biggest problem, I wore my adidas' because it was very sore. Not good shoes in this terrain.

orienteering ints at ANU (more just orienteering, i didnt do ints very hard and spent alot of time just standing around). Saw the kookaburra balloon and four leaf clover balloon.

Morning run with Al and Cath, I was definitely dragging the chain. We saw the kookaburra balloon!

Toe/bottom of foot very stiff and very sore.

12 x 1 minute on, 1 minute off (last minute off is included in warm down) with Al and Jo around the lake. I am a bit tired this week, might have take it easy of thursday because of the races on the weekend. It was a hard session though, we defiantly keep moving for all 12 of ints, last 2 were hard!!

At mac uni pool, I couldnt talk ben into coming.... I enjoyed it though. Getting much faster, and not so stuffed anymore.
