I went for a lunch time run from uni. Couldn't decide what I was going to do though i need to do some intervals because I havent done any all week, and i've hardly done any for the last month. Need to get going again.... So I half decided I was going to do 10 x 1minute, when I ran past the hill and remember the cockies girls did hills up there so I thought i'd give it a go. Not a bad session but I was by myself and seriously lacking any motivation.

Orienteering 40:00 [3]
shoes: Nike structure 10's
Cockies Intervals set by Geoff. It was a compass exercise, which involved no map, just running in the direction and finding a streamer based on the description, needless to say, I was bad at it. On the up side I was getting better by the end but I was also doing the easy ones at the end.

Wednesday Jun 11

pilates (Jade) 30:00 [2]

Orienteering 1:01:00 [3]
shoes: VJ intergrator
Kooyoora again today. Mass start, we all ran a short looop, and depending on when you got back you were given a start control for the long next loop. I mucked up teh short loop with torgier and ilks but climging up a cliff thing and trying to get through, but we had to turn back, so in the end we got C, along with disco. We then ran together with ilks slowly getting away, we lost her about half way round, but then she made a mistake at the end so we all got back past her. Jas was catching us too, and just got in front of me at the end too. I was so so messy today, it was slippery and I couldnt concentrate at all. I was relying on the boys to find the controls and they did. Everytime I went ahead I would make a mistake and tehy would find the control before me.

Sunday Jun 8

Orienteering 58:30 [3] 7.1 km (8:14 / km)
shoes: VJ intergrator
Mt Kooyoora, very very fun. The forest is so much thicker than I remember, but I still really enjoyed it, and the rock makes so much more sense than dubbo. Jas got me by 2 and half minutes, which is alot when I thought I was running fast, and didnt really make any mistakes, maybe one minutes at an annoying grey rock one, which I just didnt see.
