I was very nervous going out to stromlo becuase I was with Ria and she is fast and good on the mtb so she doesnt aviod scary tracks. I was also nervous becuase I havent riden my bike for a while. It was fun though, only one stack in which I managed to get my back wheel jammed so it stopped spinning. Nice day!!

Went for a lunch time jog to try to wake up a bit. I ran from JC up the allison jones memorial traverse to push bike hill, up push bike hill, then up to the summit down and one full lap of the loop tack back down through the botantical garden which always annoy me becuase the gates are all locked and you cant get out and back to JC. Nice and sunny :)
