I felt very very tired on my warm up today and I didnt feel much better once the session started. Tried hard but my legs just felt so heavy and tired.

Hills for cockies training this week. We did the bruce ridge hills that I used to do all the time. It goes up a long hill then down a little one which you turn and run back up then down the big one and then do this all over again 4 times.

Up mowbray road to meet the group for o intervals and back again after the session, should have known this was going to be a long one when ben said it only took 10minutes to jog there and it took us 20.

O ints set by Andy in Artarmon. I ran the first 3 hard and dfelt quite good, much better than in the morning but then I died pretty quickly and my leg started to hurt alot. Was super hungry when I got home luckily the pizza shop on the corner was still open.

Adventure Race (Metrogaine) 4:58:00 [3]
shoes: Asics orient
5 hour metrogaine around tuggers with Kye. I think we did really well, ran most of the time and only made about 10 minutes worth of mistakes, and got back with 2 minutes to spare though we were pushing at the end because I started to panic. Even stopped at bunnings next to the hyperdome for some gatorade which was an experience.
