Strugglefest this morning. Early hills with JLA, Miss Jones, Cath and Kylie. I was a bit grumpy about getting up and late to arrive (which is normal). I ran ok considering how much I didnt want to be there at the start but my tummy was unhappy about running up hills.

13 min w/u 15 min w/d.
pilates (Jade) 10:00 [3]

Monday Sep 8

Adventure Race (Cross country skiing) 2:30:00 [3]
Ben and I went up to Perisher for a day of skiing. I always think I will ski for hours and hours, but its quite hard work and by the afternoon the warm sun had turned the snow to sludge so it wasnt so fun anymore.

In the morning, we did a loop that was about 15k. It was bright and sunny and very beautiful. After lunch trails were shit and I was over it, so I did one 2.5k loop and a few loops up to the top of a cool down hill bit and down. I love going down hill, but felt very unco the whole time.

Sunday Sep 7

Orienteering 1:13:49 [3]
shoes: VJ intergrator
O at Picaree Hill, I had a good time. Something weird was going on around 6 and 7. I am sure there was no control where 6 should have been, and 6 was at 7. Otherwise ok run, too high on 2, and a few others, I was so worried about climbing into the control I climbed the whole leg and ended up way above the control.
running (warm up warm down) 10:00 [3]
shoes: VJ intergrator
Run to the start, no warm down.
