Easy long run. Stagbury Hill, beautiful sunshine - perfect.

Good reading Daniels recently - this was all about getting to 65mins/12km as easily as possible and maintaining good form. Love runs where the sun is nice, and form was good in my shadow.

Felt really good. Getting tired after 8.5k / 45mins - can see I slowed down after this on the strava which matches that feeling.

Parkrun

Not feeling great after only a pint of strong stuff with Dad last night at the pig. Took first 1k easy, and took the Hill easy enough to maintain position the first two laps.

Kept on a fast guy’s shoulder for a lap and a half, but I died after 3.5km.

Bit disappointed to be over 19mins, but it wasn’t a good day
