Tockholes shadowing.

Skills course. A fun area and good exercises. The low vis but high speed compass window section was the best, really good practice.

Athletes were good; reinforces for me how focus has to be high and "WHAT NEXT" always applies (from plan out of controls to next bearing sighting).

At the end of yesterday I didn't do the afto, as my achilles was starting to twing a bit. Felt good again today - that was the right decision.
Fitness is coming back - really happy to be able to keep with Freddie and Findlay with no probs.

WD - went around most of the compass section again as my own WD and to practice my own compass.

Nailed it all. Good that all this weekend's coaching has soaked into me too :)
