I've done lots of:

1) peronal isos and strengthing with theraband
2) achilles isos

this weekend. And on Sunday night Achilles insertion really hurts (4/10). The 30mins run is too much at the moment. Back to run//walk every 2/3 days prob.

Squab wood - easy

Ok during. Very muddy, and very steep in the first half, which wasn't great.

Tendons hurting in the evening after. Voltarol helped.

Core advantage’s fave HIIT for team sports, ie repeat sprints. Just wanted to try something different and feel like I’d done some work.

Easy up The Font.

Great to get 30mins done, even if slow. Really wanted to do more, but this was my limit.

Tendons feeling ok during, peronal getting a bit sore, but no more than 3 or 4 /10 pain. By the evening it was sore - this was too much.

By the next day it'll settled ok back to 2/10.

Beautiful to be out as the sun was coming up, and it was still after a massive storm last night. Pretty.
