My first run start to finish barefoot on pavement/concrete. I ran mostly on side walks which are much rougher than you realize when wearing shoes. I was waiting on Petr to finish soccer training, and went for a local neighborhood run in the dark (at least I didn't get any "are you nuts" looks because it was dark! I really took my time and didn't feel that well today so took it really slow, and actually felt better after my run...one more running experiment...
