Ran with first and last 800m with VFF to warm up and cool down. My feet were pretty tender after I finished, and it felt really good to throw on the VFF to finsh, my pace was definitely faster slightly shod as well. I am still considering whether to sign up for the Miamisburg Turkey Trot and run the race in my Five Fingers or not...
