Worked outside for 5 hours, but split wood for 60-90 minutes. Overall my body is very tired and sore! Great functional strength and core work; at least my minimal PT/weight work keeps me able to do the work when I need to do it!

I ran with Heidi, but made her mad right before our run...after a long hard day of work outside. She punished me with silence, and pushing the pace. My legs were trashed from all of the physical work. It seemed every step hurt my knees and I couldn't run fast enough to get my heart rate up on the down hills, even though I did max my HR out on the hills at the end of the run. I just had to get out for a legitimate run!
