Half with Heidi who pushed the pace and my heart rate. The pace was down around 9:30, and I was comfortable, but over my my aerobic zone technically. It is amazing how good I felt with less overall miles...i.e. junk miles. Treadmill running has been like riding a bike on rollers, great turnover and technique training...
