Took the kids roller skating. We skated the whole time. Was fun, feet hurt

ran the one mile loop with hill around the block for the 10 miles. Left Knee ached on the last two miles, but felt the best ever on a longer run.

Ran the one mile route five times in neighborhood, has a 500 meter hill.

Did yoga dvd with Kristen (my 5 year old). 10 minutes of buns and leg burn, 10 minutes of burn, 10 minutes of abs, 10 minutes of stretching

All body weights with Liz while the kids had swim team. 100 pushups.

Went to the ranch. Climbed 7 climbs, two were very hard.
