Just cracked 1000km running for the year. Not very much really, but the first time since 2015… no wonder I’m not very quick at the moment.

WU, followed by a few drills to try to remember how to run properly and see what my hammy is good for. Striding out wasn’t great still, so jogged a few more laps and spent nearly as long stretching as I did running.
