Arvo run around the MTB trails along the river. Must have been going the 'wrong way' as all 7 MTB riders I met eere headed the other direction. This loop still involves getting feet wet at the moment.
Not bad for a section of river that flowed once in the first 4 years I lived here.

Day 8. Felt good in parts. Really do prefer these shoes to my Mizunos. Hopefully my legs agree with them longer term. Counting down the days to when I really start training again (ie when I have a GPS trace as proof).

Boring footpath run in the dark. Must make more of an effort to run in the mornings. Compacting pea gravel by hand is poo, even if you're only doing a very half hearted job if it.

Round (and thru) the river on the MTB trails. Spring has sprung... 28 degrees. Got a bit uncomfortable in the second half, but legs felt OK.

Morning jog from home to Pages beach for some frivolity eith my visiting brother and family. Thought I'd give the Brooks another bash fir running. Maybe they had nothing to do with my achilles not recovering previout - the improvement when Iswitched last time mat have been more to do with heel vs forefoot height.
Shoes still feel better than my Mizunos, so hopefully will get away with wearing them more often.
