Bit humid this morning. Started off quite nice, but was getting uncomfortably warm by the end. Heating up and fatigue combined to make the last few kn a struggle, but do feel like there is a little bit if running fitness returning with the semi- regular training.
Knee was mostly good today. Might be making progress on that front too.

Alarm went off at 6am. And I got up. And I went for a run. And it was nice and cool and lovely and I really enjoyed it. Must do it again some time.
Pity I took the skin off the top of my toe yesterday after trying to run without taping it for the first time in ages. Wish I could figure out why that is happening.
