Oops. I ran home from a lunch thing out in the Chapman Valley, thinking it was going to be about 10km. Seems my phone's estimate of my starting location was poor at best.
Legs survived ok, but it was hot and I was pretty cooked by the end. Way further than I wanted to go, but I didn't really want the extra yime in the sun that I would have gotten from walking the last 5 km.

Repeat of last week's long run.
Didn't rain as much here as in Perth over the last few days and was pretty humid. This led to me paying the price for not starting earlier. 26.5 degrees and 75% humidity and first nipple chafe of the year by the tine I finished.
Took it pretty easy and now feeling confortable for longer compared to the horrible 'long' runs of a few weeks ago.

Snuck in an anti-clockwise loop on the mtb trails in a break in my parent-teacher interviews, which happily coincided with a break in the rain.

1/3 for the week.
Still a step in the right direction.

Easy morning jog in the windy wind.

My watch claims I'm getting fitter, but I am yet to be convinced.
