Watch was flat, so distance is an approximation. Went out through the entrance to Strath, up place road to the end, down to the river to what is my 4km turn around if I run along the river the whole way, then back home along the river (so I know how long that bit was.)
Calves / achilles OK once I warmed up. Quads got a bit sore in the last 10 minutes. Glad I wasn't running an ultramarathon this weekend (although it has been quite cool and trying to rain all day up here).
