Physio says that on top of rehab exercises, I need to run every day. including sprints, to get things firing properly again.
Running regularly at the moment seems highly unlikely, but only due to motivation and time issues.
Will try to keep achilles and hammy rehab going fairly regularly and aim for some running when I hit holidays (but it probably won't happen until after Christmas!).
Ran with the new shoes (from February?) today and no orthotics. Achilles were pretty sor when I started, but loosened up well and didn't feel them at all during the 7 x 100m accelerations.
