Didn't rate my chances of being motivated enough to do a proper long run on my own, so headed to Mandurah for the MTBO sans bike.
The medium course was advertised as 20km, which seemed reasonable, so off I went. Had a couple of locations that I had to search a bit for the necessary feature and apparently a couple where I wrote down the wrong number, but it was good fun and definitely less of an issue having a double-sided A3 map as well as separate answer sheet an pen while running, compared to on a bike.
Ran harder than a typical long run, but not racing. Was feeling it in the quads a bit by the end but feeling better than at the end of most recent long runs, which have been significantly slower. Probably running between 4:20 and 4:30 for most of the bits that I was moving.
Came in about 9 minutes down on the winner for the course and comfortably in the top half. Glad I didn't do the long though...

Ooh - an intervals session of sorts.

Probably not pushing the hard bits hard enough , but have to start somewhere, and feeling pretty good just to have made it out the door and ove to Lake Monger after driving to Perth.
