Better than expected. Started a bit harder than normal just because I didn’t really have the motivation to run at all and just wanted it to be done. Calves were pretty good, felt pretty comfortable. Yay.

Felt pretty good aerobically.
One spot on right calf got a bit tight at 4.5km.
Sharp pain in R lateral knee on about 6 separate steps. Think it is related to tight itb, but not sure what sets it off.
