The lumpy bit along the marina is awful. Otherwise not too bad. Needed a few big brace strokes, but managed not to fall out still.

Easy run to try swimming after a run. Didn’t feel as easy as the pace and HR would suggest.

After the world’s slowest transition I got swimming. Choppier than the last couple of weeks, but didn’t cause any issues and still feeling pretty comfortable at the end (other than standard hip flexor soreness, but didn’t feel this at all jogging 500m on the beach straight afterwards)
