4 weeks of increased low intensity exercise has not suddenly turned me back into a sub 40 minute 10km runner. Shame. Last 4 km into a headwind was brutal.

Gorgeous winter afternoon. Stopped a few km in to chat to Steenie, who was SUPing at Sunset beach.

Most fun I’ve had paddling in years. Would have gone chasimg some waves if I hadn’t been carrying my phone in a suspect dry bag.

Fairly steady ride to check out some new Zwift scenery while watching the cricket. An hour on the bike was nearly long enough to outlast the English batsmen.
