Slightest achilles discomfort in first 500m, slight R calf tightness in last km. L hammy a bit sore from gardening on Sat arvo. Otherwise really positive. Starting to believe thongs really are improving.
Won’t run any longer than this for at least a couple of weeks (now that I’ve made the easiest ‘training session’ that I’ve ever planned.
