2x3km laps of a flat course around Kershaw gardens.
Was aiming to hold 4:15/km, but as always started too fast . When the second km was the same pace as the first, it just became a case of hold on as well as possible and see what happens.
Always nice to run better than expected.
HR data very strange today.

Another RRR loop except that I missed a turn and added some extra distance on at the end too.
Felt quite good pushing a little harder in the middle without feeling like I was killing myself.

Have the chance to ‘race’ 6km on Sunday. That will probably be quite depressing, but likely to have a crack anyway.

Yesterday’s planned run on the Zamia trail. A few more cobwebs than I would have preferred, and the breeze was a bit lost in the valley, but still quite enjoyable, even if it was quite slow.
Felt harder than HR suggests, probably not helped by the hard ride last night.

Tour de Zwift group ride, C division. Had a few people around to draft off for most of it. Hardest I’ve worked on a bike for a long time.
