More games on MTB trails. Probably shouldn’t have tried the disused old downhill track all the way up to the top of Mt Archer. Hard work, especially in non-trail shoes. Ran in normal shoes with orthotics today - kinder on the feet, bit feel far more unco.

Efforts mostly 85-86 sec ish, apart from a couple where I hit the wrong button on my watch!
Got through better than I thought I would.
Can’t really pretend that my knees (left in particular) are slowly progressing through the early stages of patellar tendinopathy any more. Will have to start doing something about it soon.
