Worked on form. Tried to keep my reach coming from the shoulder without cross over. Also worked on not bending the knees while keeping the feet relaxed. Easier said than done!

Might be time to increase the length of Taffy's runs. She was a little slow toward the end of the run, but when we came around to the house, after she got a drink, she was ready to go back out. Next week I think I will switch to 1 mile loops with a stop at the house between loops. That way I can take her on 2 loops with a drink stop between. Her endurance is steadily improving.

My Garmin reported my average pace to be 8:49. That's astounding for me! Coming back from injury is going well.

Still working on rehab on the shoulder. Getting better.

Concentrated on upper body and abs. Did light resistance on the injured shoulder. TONS better from last week.
