Finally a break in the weather pattern and it rained! It would have been nice if it rained before or after our ride rather than during but you can't always have what you want:)

Nimby climb from the top of Waco and then continued up via Middle Earth to Rudy's. The climb was awesome - always interesting and I love the forest in Middle Earth. I thought Rudy's was fun - nothing spectacular but the middle rocky bench was nice and I thought the last several hundred meters rode well at speed. A few middle sections were a little boring but all in all a good ride. Courtney was convinced to ride Overnight down - such a great trail. Holding up pretty well I thought to the dry weather. The rocks were a little slick but I rode everything except one off camber rock staircase.
