Morning run on the greenbelt with Milo. He was quite happy to be out after his day off yesterday. He was a little under the weather yesterday - spent most of Wednesday night licking his lips and occasionally dry heaving. I'm presuming the lip licking was due to nausea. I was feeling rather stiff and it felt hard to run with a relaxed stride. Low back is a little tight.
