Bike 1:15:00 [2] 36.0 km (28.8 kph) +300m

Easy spin with Courtney on Airport Way. They finally paved the extra few km - nice as adds about 10min and a few short hills onto the ride.

Bike 1:35:00 [2] 11.5 km (7.3 kph) +540m

Unsuccessful mission to get to Two Moon Lake. Left a little late, trail (actually an ATV road) was rockier than expected, and didn't look like we would make it all the way so cut things short. Bit more subalpine than I expected though perhaps looking at the map the next peak would have been more open. Probably only worth a trip back if trying the loop with Joss. About 1:10 drive to the TH. Road up had been freshly graded - must be prepping for some more cutblocks up there.

Hike 2:05:00 [2] 10.0 km (12:30 / km) +625m 9:31 / km
shoes: Raptor Red 1

Having motivation issues lately - despite the amazing weather was really not feeling in the mood to do much. Forced myself to get out - wasn't Plan A which didn't help the motivation but in the end it was probably good to get out. I forgot how technical parts of this loop were (only about 3km of trail) - can't believe I took Courtney's parents on it;)

Very nice light but I forgot my camera...

Finally discharged my expired bear spray canisters. Light wind so no issues while discharging but should have worn gloves as one had some leakage and I got a bit on my hands. Let me tell you it doesn't take much to make things sting when you accidentally splash your face with water after thinking you have washed all the residue off your hands in a creek...
