Friday Dec 8 #

3 PM

Run 30:00 [2] 5.0 km (6:00 / km) +30m 5:50 / km
shoes: Montrail Rogue Racer

Easy run on the greenbelt trails with Logan. He seemed tired to start but his energy improved once we got on the trails. The inversion is firmly in place so pretty gloomy under the valley cloud today.

Thursday Dec 7 #

2 PM

Run 35:00 [2] 6.0 km (5:50 / km) +22m 5:44 / km
shoes: Montrail Rogue Racer

I woke up this morning and mystified by my sore left buttock (as I had not exercised yesterday) until Courtney reminded me that I bowled at the office xmas party last night. I guess three games is 60+ left legged lunges... makes me feel better about the sore muscles (though perhaps I should do more lunges). Felt the leg a bit on the run but loosened up with time. Bid Eddy greenbelt.

Tuesday Dec 5 #

3 PM

Run 40:00 [2] 5.0 km (8:00 / km) +200m 6:40 / km

Mt Rev old access road and then some exploring through the bush to see how runnable it was. Not bad...

Sunday Dec 3 #

Hike 1:00:00 [2] 7.0 km (8:34 / km) +450m 6:29 / km
shoes: Montrail Rogue Racer

Run/hike up the summit trail then along the road to the ski jump access. Lots of nice snow once you hit the road. Too bad it is a few hundred meters too high for the nordic trails to be open.
