Swim 1:00:00 [3] 2.75 km (21:49 / km)

Masters swimming. A good set with lots of freestyle. Arms got really heavy at the end... had the added pressure of trying to stay ahead of Rosemary.

Run 50:00 [1] 7.0 km (7:09 / km) +40m 6:57 / km
shoes: Columbia Outdry

Green belt with Milo. Had him off leash most of the time and he did a good job staying close even after meeting some other dogs and playing with them. He keeps close tabs on me... it is a bit of a risk though as his recall is very selective still. I need to keep moving and he will keep following. Nice easy pace with a few stops for play time. A bit wet out there - our nice fall has ended and more typical weather has taken it's place.

Bike 3:00:00 [2] 26.0 km (8.7 kph) +900m

Great ride with Sean and Brook in Salmon Arm. Very foggy in the valley but sun up high. Climbed through the South Canoe trails. Really enjoyed Mo Beth Mo Buddha. It was actually less road climbing than I expected to get to the elevation of the Nordic trails. After a few km of nordic trail (a couple small muddy sections) we ended up on Greenway which is an old skid road that is now pretty much a single track trail. Steady climb but never too steep. The only section we walked was on the last trail which I've forgotten the name of. Added a km near the top of Rubberhead when we turned right instead of left. A right at the 4 way junction beforehand would have also worked. Fun descent down - last time I rode it I had the Epic and I didn't recall it being much fun. Lots of new cutblocks. Fingers got cold at the end as we descended back into the cloud. Nice to explore a new connection.

No deadfall to deal with which was surprising though we did see a volunteer out clearing the trail and I think the Lewsiton Ultra ran on the Greenway so it would have been cleared for that.

Bike 2:00:00 [2] 19.0 km (9.5 kph) +650m

Great fall ride with Mike on the Begbie Bench trails. Hit some trails that I have barely ridden this year. So many leaves on the trails in a couple spotsthat it was hard to see the trail at times.
