Run (4000) 40:00 [2] 6.75 km (5:56 / km)
shoes: Icebug Green

Nice run on the Greenbelt with Milo. Probably the steadiest run I’ve done with him and he did pretty well just loping along until perhaps the last five or 10 minutes.

Downhill Skiing (100eight) 1:00:00 [3]

4 hours at the hill with Jordan. Probably one of the longer days Ive spent at the ski hill in a while. Also one of the better days in a while for powder turns - at least for me. It wasn’t terribly busy and we had a good three or four initial runs with minimal tracks. 12 runs total?

Run 45:00 [1] 7.0 km (6:26 / km)
shoes: Columbia Outdry

A fairly easy run on the greenbelt trails. It has been quite rainy lately which means that the trails there aren't that snowy as the warm weather and rain melts the snow. Feeling a little under the weather the last couple of days but the run wasn't too bad. Didn't have energy to go faster and felt like I hit a bit of a wall at 30min but that improved after a stop to talk to an acquaintance.

Classic ski 30:00 [3] 5.5 km (5:27 / km)

First trip out to MacPherson. Pretty soft conditions and rather hazardous going down hill. Perhaps would have been better higher up? We need the FL to drop a bit...

Swim 1:00:00 [3] 2.7 km (22:13 / km)

Lots of IM today - why is fly so hard? I can hold form for about 25m but a second length and everything falls apart.

Run 40:00 [2] 6.5 km (6:09 / km)
shoes: Icebug Green

Greenbelt with Milo.

Classic ski 1:20:00 [2] 13.0 km (6:09 / km) +300m 5:31 / km

Larch Hills nordic skiing solo. Several cm of new snow made it slow going. A little thin near the lodge but much better higher up. Lots of diagonal stride today due to the conditions.
