Swim 1:05:00 [3] 3.1 km (20:58 / km)

Masters swimming with lot of long freestyle sets today. 13:10 for 800m which seemed quite respectable. Felt solid the whole time.
12 PM

Classic ski 45:00 [2] 8.0 km (5:38 / km) +165m 5:06 / km

Slow conditions today with a skiff of fresh snow. Took a few km to get into it - tired from swimming I think.

Bike 45:00 [1] 8.0 km (10.7 kph)

Fat biking along the river with Milo.

Skate ski 1:10:00 intensity: (50:00 @2) + (20:00 @4) 15.5 km (4:31 / km) +425m 3:58 / km

Did the dog loop with no poles. 5 laps of the hill loop at the north end. The did a combo of Mickey's and the new race loops at tempo pace for 20 minutes. Felt pretty good while out there but tired afterwards.

Skate ski 1:30:00 [2] 23.0 km (3:55 / km) +550m 3:30 / km

Slow steady skate without many stops. Very nice day with handpicked conditions. Snow was a little cold which slowed things down but can't complain too much.

Run 25:00 [2] 4.5 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: Icebug Green

Short run with Milo along the river. Spikes were essential today.

Sunday Mar 3, 2019 #

Classic ski 50:00 [2] 9.0 km (5:33 / km) +175m 5:04 / km

Easy nordic ski with Courtney and Milo. Conditions reminded me of Canmore with hard pack transformed snow. Used the waxable skis and had fine grip until I scraped off 1/4 of the wax snowplowing around the corner of the steep hill. Surprising how much wax comes off with so little abrasion. Perhaps not enough base wax?
