Road ride with Courtney. Back is worse today but sitting is more comfortable than walking so biking seemed manageable. Nice to get out for a spin. Thought it looked like it might rain down Airport Way so headed north but in the end it stayed dry everywhere. Put a shorter stem on the Norco which seemed to be great. Also the first ride on the 700c wheel set which feels pretty much like a road bike but with slightly wider tires.

MacPherson ride with Milo. I seem to have done something to my back - extension bothers it so maybe from the paddling? Sitting on a bike seemed OK so hopefully it doesn't aggravate it further. Easy ride with some drizzle to make things more interesting.

Up and down the ski jump with Courtney. Felt pretty ride and took the pace pretty easy.

Dropped the truck at the airport and ran back home with the dog. 6x 700m threshold work with the remainder of the km easy.

Back downstream to the truck. Went at a tempo pace until I had to portage into the channel. Hard to maintain high cadence for so long.
