Courtney signed up for Supercamp but I decided to skip it this year. I still came out for Saturday afternoon. Better conditions than I expected - nice classic ski with Courtney and Juliann. Met up with Russ and Vikki for a bit too.

Twilight run with Milo which made it feel really late even though it was only 3:30. Had to turn the headlamp on for the last ten minutes. I've been sick since we got back from Vietnam and I think the coughing has aggravated my back as I was feeling a bit tight on this run.

Greenbelt with Milo and Courtney. Have been sick since getting back from Vietnam but the last few days have felt more rundown (and worked over the weekend).

Shoulder rehab for tracking purposes. I hurt my left shoulder in a bike crash two months ago and my right shoulder throwing for he dog earlier in the summer. Left is worse and flared up about a month ago - seems to be settling again but some rehab is likely a good idea.
