Greenbelt run with Milo. Ice on the airport pond is in shape - too bad I won't be around to skate. I imagine it will be short lived...

The old grass trail along the river is quite hard to find. Needs someone to reclaim it.

Toaster and 5km with Stuart. Sun sets early so didn't have sun like I expected. Frost heaves and foot traffic made the trail uneven for running.

Fat bike ride up and down Sunnyside and then to the Cartier lookout. Good hill work out - the heaviness of the bike balanced by the great grip (at least on less snowy parts). Trace of snow lower down and a few cm higher up.

Tantrum/Flowdown/Serenity Now loop with Courtney. A few cm of snow in the open areas otherwise clear. Back is feeling a better compared to Friday.

NIce skate ski with Sean. Back felt a bit worse skate skiing but no bad after effects so all is good. Steady pace - felt the altitude at times. Nordic conditions are fine but not sure how they are going to open for DH next weekend.
