Masters swimming. So much nicer swimming on Saturday morning when no one else is in the pool - water is clearer as well. Things are definitely feeling better as today I was able to swim backstroke more comfortably.

Greenbelt with Milo. Tried to follow the river trail but Wade hadn't groomed it since the wind storm and only foot traffic. It was kinf of runnable until the Illy confluence but the next section was terrible. The windslab was 15cm down and frequently gave way with me sinking up to my knees (and sometimes hips). Super slow going... once I made it to the bridge came back on the paved path and did an extra loop around the school.

Still cold and windy - tracks were filled in on Roadway Ramble. Just the dog loop again as not motivated to do more given the weather and slow conditions.

Greenbelt run with Milo. Very cold and windy and half an hour in my stomach wes feeling ridiculously cold despite the windproof jacket. Hamstring is still tight - hip not bothersome while running though did feel it fatiguing part way through. Hard to tell if it was more painful afterwards. My back has gotten better but after the Jumbo ski trip my hip started acting up and the last week it has been steadlily annoying. It is likely my TFL which is super tight. Activity seems to be fine but haven't figured out what activity aggravates it the most... it is most painful after prolonged sitting. I guess I should limit time in the offfice;)

Windstorm yesterday evening redeposited the snow into drifts required a fair bit of work to clear.

Super slow conditions at MacPherson (-15C). Did the dog loop a few times and called it a day.
