Upstream on the Columbia. We did the paddle workout at the end. It was mainly spurts of draw strokes which was surprisingly hard. Drizzly day but we managed to pick a decent time with only a short period of rain. My feet got cold though.

Calm conditions and my hip wasn't too bothersome paddling.
