Parkway with Stuart and Tom taking advantage of the one decent weather day in the near term (though it was cloudier than forecast). I felt better than the last climb though I still felt like I was pushing to keep up. We got blocked by snow just after the 18 km corner. Interestingly both my knee and glute were more bothersome on the way downhill.

Started with Courtney, Eiri and Stuart but mainly rode with the latter. We went up past the dam and then climbed the parkway. My left lateral hip started tightening up so we stopped at Bridge Creek. Didn't feel that energetic the entire ride actually. The road was still passable where we stopped - I'm guessing that it is probably clear to Caribou Cabin. It was a chilly ride down... 7 degrees when we stopped. It has not been a warm month (which has slower down the alpine melt).
