| Letting the blisters heal up. Other than that I feel okay. Went to the outdoor show at the international centre this afternoon. Neat show, nothing amazing.
Oh ya here is one of the hitchikers i picked up on my left heel. Sweet:

| Ok I learned a few things today..
1) Snowshoeing is hard. 2) Training all winter has been worth it. 3) Wetware can do an amazing snow torpedo 4) Showshoing is hard. This was the Don't Get Lost Snowshoe RAID and it was a blast. The best part is - we came in third in the All Male Team of 2 division.. Ya you heard/read me right third. I have to admit I couldn't have done it without wetware he was a star navigating and kept me slugging up all those hills. Most importantly without him I wouldn't have had a "team". Of course I know you are all super excited for us since this is our first placing in a race. We are just excited to get out of that notorious 6th place slot we seemed to hit for almost every other race we did. Here are a couple pictures of your new 3rd place superstars:

Ya i'm sure you can see he is in front of me, it's night time, we are running and he has no backpack. A lot of nerve. As it is though I'm use to his bad attitude and we are still friends, see?

| Quick run down and back up Sixth Line from my place. The giant bowl of pea soup just before I left was ranks low on my good idea list. Made me feel crappy but still ran in okay time considering the amount of snow.

| Did 2 sets of Core. 15 reps. Seems like it is taking a lot longer for this workout now that i'm doing 15 reps each. Kinda ran out of time, which is why only 2 sets. Thursday I'll get back up to the full 3 sets.
