3.5 hours on Griff's KTM 250 around the Ganaraska Forest north of Ponnypool ON. So sweet. Crashed a bunch but moto is pretty amazing and Griff is a great instructor. Had a blast.
Needles in the legs and back today so gave the legs another day off. back in the pool. Was hoping to kayak but the winds were nutty and I didn't feel like paddling upstream in that so swimming became a good option. Time to ramp up volume again.
Been offline. Not much training this week. Light core training, now getting ready to kayak the Fish River (after the 75 km run in Kenya).

great ride on the legacy trail from Canmore to Banff and back. The climb to Banff is deceptive - it looks flat but with the wind and the grade, you feel sooo slow. Nice ride back though! Legs and more importantly, knees felt good.

paddle up and down the bow in canmore. slooooooow going upstream = very good workout. downstream was fast and easy. Navigating the fast water was good training for Fish River. Excellent session.
