Note

Body feeling really good. Cold pretty much history. Nosebleeds haven't bothered me for 12 days so we're on a roll!!!! North Dakota in 2 day for 100 Miles of Wild. Excited.

Canmore - Lake Minnewanka - Banff via. Tunnel then hwy to Canmore and towards Exshaw. Rode with Karen. She thrashed me. Riding in a narrow HR zone - not exceeding 80% or 150 bpm. Hard to do with other riders. Windy day.
