great long run with PV and Matthew on some gorgeous Canmore trails on the sunnyside. Legs and knee felt good but 16.5 isn't 250 K so who knows how it will go.

Note

In the past 2 weeks, I've completed the 75 km Maasai Ultra Marathon and competed in the Fish River Canoe Marathon. Thanks Africa. You've kicked my ass nicely.

running 45:00 [3] 9.0 km (5:00 / km)

a flat, easy, urban 9 km. Felt good. Left calf woke up to pavement running again. Didn't feel great, but no knee pain so that's a plus. Can I do 10 or 11 of these consecutively? Not sure but I'll take this as a positive start.
