Solid hike w Varsity up Grassi Lakes to Smith/Dorian and then close to tree-line on Ha Ling. Trails are all in good shape. Rain, hail, and some thunder convinced us to turn below the peak but it was a good day. Legs a bit tired from yesterday's ride.

Solid hill session in the evening. 2 laps up to Whiteman's Gap on Spray road.

Great day to get out on the mtb. 3 repeats up the Smith/Dorian/Spray Lakes Rd. Climb above the Grassi Gate then rode the highway above. Lots of washout but still very solid ride. Power ride in big ring.
