6x3mins (1min jog) into 10x15secs (15sec rest) around Lake T. Had a fairly big day celebrating Australia Day with the traditional BBQ/pool party, so was feeling quite full of meat/sleepy going into this. Ended up going ok though. Tried some new Reeboks out that Grant had recommended - felt pretty soft and comfy. Achilles ached a bit, but it was 16km solid on tarmac so quelle surprise.
