Twilight at Mt Mugga. Was in two minds about this after last week's debacle but it turned out ok. Pleasant course with a few good climbs near the end. Legs feel really clunky (Achilles/hammy/glute) so I have no flexibility and I think it is more tiring trying to run when the handbreaks are on. Felt like I was moving very slowly but I kept going ok. I had a clean run so that was nice.
