| After a kip after work, I managed to drag myself out of the door. It was quite hot, but I ran alright. Up Blackie, down to the Lake, round to near the zoo, through some pines and cork oaks, up Frost Hollow, bonus effort up Mt Painter and home. |

| Ran from home to Radford College, through the UC (someone should map that and put a race on there some day), round Lake Ginninderra and back through Florey and Page. Felt a bit jaded. |

| Since I was there, I ran the womens course from the Oceania Champs at Radford College. Stuff came up quick at 1:3000 and it was a bit fiddly, but nothing too sneaky and I thought I did ok. |

| 90x30 Foxdal intervals (20 reps). Felt full from brekkie and a bit dizzy and tired, but kept on going. Kept jogging on the recoveries and cruising on the efforts. Under Aranda, round the back of Little Blackie, over Brucie, over Gosso and back up Redders. |

| Hilly little beasty this one, and I'd been out mapping all day before it. Not the most technical course, but plenty of hills and terrain and I pushed hard so it was good effort. Really pleased with my time, but not really anyone to compare to. |

| Morning loop of Mt Painter, then a steep climb to the top (hard effort). Looped round the cycle path home. |

| 5x1200m at XC track. Kez came too which helped push me along (except when he was relieving himself during the 3rd rep). 3.51, 3.51, 3.49, 3.49, 3.46. Thought I'd done the first one too fast, but I hung on in there. Tired at the end. Off 5.30mins which gave only just enough time to jog back to the start. Huge improvement from 2 weeks ago :o) |
