Running 1:36:00 [3]
shoes: adidas swoops
Longun out in the Peaks. Ran from Heatherdene up Win Hill, along the ridge, down to Ladybower, Hagg Farm, Fairholmes, Derwent Edge. Cruised along and got a bit muddy and cold and demotivated but feeling quite fresh. Cracking scotch egg after.

Saturday Apr 12

Running 1:35:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Cascadia Pivot
Drove with Gracie to the caf in Rivelin then ran with her up to Packhorse bridge. She shot off up Coppice track, while I carried on out to the headstone. Had a sit down and decided I'd had enough of the run by this point, but of course was at the furthest point of the run. Back along the top of Rivelin. Muddy. Almost home and still no points, but picked up Mat-D in his car (2 points) and Sprotty in his nice new car too (2 more points) right at the last minute. Total 18.

20x90secs (30 secs rec) Foxdal intervals on the old-skool loop (i.e. Rivelin, Stanno, Coppice track). Mainly uphill so fairly put the boot in. Ran past a group of 12 runners which would've been muchos pointos if I'd known any of them.

Wednesday Apr 9

Running 1:33:00 [3]

Out up Loxley Valley, over Stanno, down to Rivelin Dam and back along the top of Rivelin. Got hailed on a bit. Rob Baker tooted at me in Walkley - 2 points thank you very much. 14 total.

Tuesday Apr 8

Running intervals 21:00 [5]
shoes: Nike Air Zoom Vomero +2
Track 10x200m in 10mins then 7x300m in 11mins. Increased the rest on the longer ones. Sometimes you just have to accept you're not very good at something, but it still hurt so must've been good training. Cold on the old lungs.
Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]
shoes: Nike Air Zoom Vomero +2

Monday Apr 7

Running 59:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Cascadia Pivot
Cracking run up Rivelin and Coppice track. Slightly under-dressed, but not too windy so survived ok. Nice weather, feeling pretty good. Gareth Little (2 points) and Liz Britton (2 points). Running total = 12 points.
