Running 1:22:00 [3] 17.2 km (4:46 / km) +400m 4:16 / km

Ran from J&C's in Barton to the Abominable's BBQ in Lyneham via Blackies (big and small), Brucie (not been here in yonks) and Lyneham ridge. Pootled along quite nicely and felt much better than yesterday.

Coffee and breaky at the cafe on the top of Stromlo. Very nice. After a little stroll around with the fam, I ran home via Narrabundah Hill, Cooleman Trig, Arawang Trig, and round the back of Taylor. Fairly warm but the main issue was the humidity. I was sweating buckets and my pre-run fuel of bacon sandwich and long black wasn't really helping. Still, good to grind out a few more decent kms.

Running 55:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:30 / km) +250m 4:53 / km

Red Hill terrain loop that I did a couple of weeks ago - in better shoes this time. Only 2 secs slower than last time (42:53), which I was happy with given that it was quite hot and I'm still on the mend from Sunday. Still, felt reasonably fresh all told.

Running 42:00 [3] 9.0 km (4:40 / km) +200m 4:12 / km

Steady run up Farrer and round the back of Torrens. Still feeling the effects of Sunday somewhat but good to get out.

Running 37:00 [3] 8.0 km (4:38 / km) +150m 4:14 / km

Steady loop of Taylor. But for tight calves, feeling pretty good.

Running 28:00 [2] 5.6 km (5:00 / km)

Jog around the wetlands - really tired and stiff to begin with but loosened off a touch as it went on. Pretty warm out and was glad not to see any snakes.
